Labor contract between L.H. Hein and William Mitchell; Mitchell agrees to clear 10 to 20 "manzanas" (1 manzana = 1.75 acres) of land at a point called "Guarumo", presumably near the mouth of Rio Guarumo in the district of Bocas del Toro, Panama; Hein agrees to pay Mitchell 9 pesos for each manzana he clears; signed by Hein and by L. de Leon, "a ruego de William Mitchell que dice no sabe firmar lo hace".
